You can use this section to find out where we are based, to get our office and mobile telephone numbers and to determine the best person to handle your enquiry.

Our main phone numbers are 020 8537 1000 for London, 0114 270 0660 for Sheffield, and 0118 934 9995 for our Thames Valley site. In normal office hours, the London switchboard has a one-level menu system. Press 1 for Meeting Hire and Event Support, 2 for Distribution, 3 for GAV Media Services or 4 for accounts. Out of office hours the London switchboard connects you to our emergency mobile numbers - option 1 for urgent technical assistance with an existing booking, or 2 to order something in a hurry. If you can't get through, go to Traditional Contact Methods to see the underlying mobile numbers. These numbers can also be used in the event of a fault with our phone lines.
