Lighting offers a powerful means of controlling the mood and directing the focus at your event.

Although there is an almost infinite combination of styles, colours and effects, we have put together three packages that represent a good starting point. All packages include all necessary cables and connectors.

For events with larger or specific lighting requirements, please get in touch with one of our event specialist who will be able to advise on and design a dedicated lighting set up.

Bear in mind that the power consumption of lighting can be considerable and will require an adequate electricity supply, either through the existing venue supply or external generators.

Lighting Package 1

A simple but effective lighting package that illuminates a point on the stage where the speaker would stand or a lectern would be sited, if one is being used. Designed to pick out this point with clear, white light and minimal shadows, the lighting levels can also be faded in and out during the event. Package consists of the following and is designed to work safely on power drawn from a standard 13A mains outlet.

Lighting Package 2

A typical basic conference lighting package designed to work from three 13A outlets. In addition to the features of Package 1, further lights offer the ability to wash the stage area with light pools, illuminate the rear wall or set panels and also highlight points – maybe a logo, emblem, graphics panel or trophy table etc – around the stage or set area. All lights can be independently faded in and out during the event and the effect enhanced with the use of different colours.

Lighting Package 3

For events with a more celebratory feel – awards ceremonies, fashion shows or product launches – this package offers all the features of Package 2 but with additional lights and stands and advanced lighting control with the flexibility of pre-programmable lighting states, scene changes and light chases. This package requires a minimum 32A, 3 phase supply or external generator.

• 1 x Mains distribution box, 63A, 3 phase

These fixtures (not the 250W) can be used to project a custom logo, word or symbol at your event and programmed to move, rotate and change colour. You will need to provide in advance of your event either your gobo, or your gobo artwork and we will prepare one for you. Prices for this service are determined by the detail and complexity of your design.
A gobo is a thin metal or glass plate that is stamp-cut or laser etched with your design.
